Anthony LoBiondo, Esq

Criminal Defense, DWI & Personal Injury Attorney

Town of Newburgh Councilman | Co-Founder, LoBiondo Law

With over 35 years of courtroom experience, Anthony LoBiondo has built a strong reputation throughout the Hudson Valley as a smart, strategic, and relentless advocate — especially in DWI defense, criminal law, and personal injury.

He began his career as a prosecutor in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he served for seven years and supervised the City of Newburgh Bureau, the busiest DA’s office in the county. Since 1997, he has represented thousands of clients as a private attorney, handling everything from DWI cases to major felonies to multi-million-dollar injury claims.

Anthony is well known in local courts for his sharp legal instincts and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome — whether that means taking a tough case to trial or negotiating a favorable resolution behind the scenes.

He stays constantly up to date on New York’s DWI laws, which change frequently and carry serious consequences from the moment of arrest — including license suspension at arraignment. If you’re facing a DWI or criminal charge, Anthony can guide you through the legal system with clarity and confidence from day one.
