For over 35 years, Juliana LoBiondo has been helping individuals and families in the Hudson Valley navigate some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. She’s known not just for her legal expertise, but for her compassion, creativity, and unwavering commitment to doing what’s right — both in and out of the courtroom.
Juliana is a seasoned divorce and family law attorney, an experienced mediator, and a trusted advocate. She speaks fluent Spanish and is proud to serve clients from all backgrounds with empathy and respect.
She has been named among the Top Lawyers in the Hudson Valley by Hudson Valley Magazine
for several consecutive years and was honored with the Fearless Justice Award in 2025 by Fearless! Hudson Valley, in recognition of her decades of work on behalf of survivors.
Outside the courtroom, Juliana is deeply committed to uplifting her community — especially its youth.
She is the founder of America Rows and Swims, a nonprofit that provides free swim lessons, summer camp, and enrichment programs to under-served children in Newburgh. Through the LoBiondo Law Family Foundation, she and Anthony also award an annual scholarship to a local student attending Catholic high school, and have given out thousands of dollars in scholarships to graduating students pursuing community college through the Muyot Memorial Scholarship Fund.
